FUPRE Pre-Degree Admission 2024/2025
The Federal University of Petroleum Resources, Effurun (FUPRE) has released the Pre-Degree Admission Form for the 2024/2025 academic session.
This program is for students who did not take or pass the 2024 UTME but still want to study at FUPRE.
Who Can Apply?
- No JAMB required.
- Must meet the university’s O’Level requirements.
Program Duration
- The program lasts one academic session (two semesters).
- It helps students prepare for 100-level admission at FUPRE.
Application Fee : The cost of the application form is ₦10,000 (Ten Thousand Naira Only).

Eligibility Requirements for FUPRE Pre-Degree Admission
The FUPRE Pre-Degree program does not require JAMB. However, applicants must meet the following conditions:
Minimum Requirements
- Must have at least five (5) passes in important subjects.
- English Language and Mathematics are compulsory.
- Results must be from WAEC, NECO, GCE, or NABTEB.
- Credits must be gotten in not more than two sittings.

- Payment Details
- The Session, Type of Application, Amount, and Processing Charge will be set automatically.
- Choose a payment method:
- Debit Card (MasterCard, VISA, Verve): You will be redirected to a secure payment page to enter your card details.
- Bank Payment: Print the Payment Invoice with your RRR (Remita Retrieval Reference) Number and pay at any commercial bank.
- Complete the Online Form
- After payment, return to the portal.
- Fill in all required fields carefully.
- Review your details for accuracy.
- Click Submit to complete your application.
- Print Confirmation Slip
- After submission, print your confirmation slip as proof of application.
Important Note
- All applicants must take an examination.
- Successful candidates will pay a ₦25,000 acceptance fee upon admission.

Once a student is admitted into the FUPRE Pre-Degree Program and later withdraws voluntarily, the school fees will not be refunded.
